Premier Plus Carpet Cleaning (designed for heavily soiled carpets)

Our premier plus carpet cleaning system is an eight step process to bring out the best in your carpets. It involves using a powerful hot water extraction machine in conjunction with a power head (Rotorvac), leaving your carpets ready to walk on.

The Premier Plus carpet cleaning system includes the following:

1. Pre-inspection. Carpet fibre identification and spot and stain survey. Professional advice and evaluation of your carpets.
2. Careful movement of furniture. Most furniture will be moved. (size & weight permitting)
3. Pre-conditioning and spotting (some spots and stains extra). We use the correct detergent for your specific fibre.
4. Rotary agitation power head (Rotorvac). To loosen soiling and give a much deeper clean (cleans up to 50% better on heavily soiled areas). Agitation will loosen soiling from the carpet fibres.
5. Powerful hot water extraction machine - state of the art equipment. Powerful equipment delivers high heat and stronger than average vacuum, resulting in cleaner and dryer carpets.
6. Deodorising and neutralising. No sticky residue, no re-soiling. Acid rinsing of the carpets to neutralise the alkaline wash, preventing chemical residue build up.
7. Replace the furniture (as much as possible) and use foil pads. Foil pads separate the furniture from the carpet and prevent transfer of moisture, protecting carpets and your furniture.
8. Final grooming to remove cleaning marks. Resets the carpet pile, pile is left standing to maximise appearance and reduce drying times.

Note: If needed in Commercial premises or residential areas, complementary high speed air movers can also be used to speed up the drying process while cleaning is happening.
