We can give you a fairly accurate estimate over the phone depending on your description. We normally need to know which rooms, their approximate size and the degree of soiling. However, if you know the dimensions of the rooms you want cleaned, it helps us to calculate an accurate price.

We only charge for the areas we clean. Bathrooms, toilets & bedrooms are charged by their cleanable areas, not as full rooms.

Below is a list of our prices as a quick reference or if you wish you can call our sales team, they can work out an approximate price on the phone, either way if you do decide to use our services at Steam2Clean you will know the exact price before we start the job, so there will be no confusion over the price when we finish.
